I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to coach all these ballers thru the years. I promise this these kids gave me so much joy thru the years I could never thank them enough. I hope I meant something to every one of them. I hope they all gained something from me in softball, and more importantly life. We live in a small world and make friends all over the country threw this great game. It's been a epic ride. So I will list a few memories of mine as a final goodbye to this journey.
First year, 10u Northeast Elite 06, location Cullman ,Alabama. We drew Tigers Elite game 1. First tournament ever as a team, also as 10u.
We took a knee before the game on the foul line and stared down the competition to the point they became uncomfortable lol, it worked, we ended up losing that game but beat them in elimination! Ended the day dancing in the rain with the kids!
Senior year, 10u Northeast Elite 06, location once again Cullman, Alabama. Fall state championship. We actually lost the first game of the day but our girls never flinched. They came back hot and ran threw the rest of the tournament to become 10u state of Alabama champs!
First year 12u Northeast elite 06 location unknown...... we started a little slow but found our grove about half way threw the season. We played a really good tournaments wanted to keep the competition level high but couldn't find a competitive enough tournament so decided let's play 14u close to home probably get beat early and take the girls somewhere fun after. Low and behold we finished second in the dang thing. Ended up staying all night! We were all shocked.
Senior season 12u. Northeast Elite 06, we had become very competitive. Actually considered to be very legit. We won our second state title. Knocking off some very good teams along the way.
Fall first year 14u, Fosters Pride 06. We decided to make a move to try to get better. We thought we would combine and make the move to become Fosters and it would be smooth as silk. We ended up making some great friends along the way . No regrets! My favorite memory is the Southern Invitational Florence Al. Day 1, A class tournament we took a beating. The kids were not ready. They looked confused, scared and had the big eye. I lit in them pretty hard after game play told them the expectations and the disappointment level they had brought us. We dropped it, went out to eat. Hung out in the hotel like nothing was wrong. Day 2 the girls came out of the hotel alive and hungry. We won some ball games and beat teams that on paper should have slapped us around. It was beautiful!
I have 1000s of memories of lots of kids. Thru this run I have never had a bad apple. My kids were always a pleasure. Thank you parents. Dont be strangers. Please share your favorite memories with me in the comments.
I want to thank the guys that spent hours of time with me in the dugouts and always had my back.

I spent more time with these 3 men than you can believe. Game days and preparation you always had the team first attitude. Never pushing one kid over another. Always team first. If you guys ever need me call. I also want to thank all the kids that spent time with us. I love you all.
Coach Chaise out!
