Fast Feet for the Elite Athlete We train and compete on the AAU and USATF circuit Our goal is to service the young children in teaching them life experiece while competing in track and field.

Life is about overcoming different obstacles and achieving adversity. Track and field is also about overcoming adversities. How much you want to achieve your running goals depends on how hard you work. We train the normal child and turn them into an Elite athlete.....

We held our 1st Invitational Track and Field Meet. This was Alabama's 1st Track and Field Meet of the Summer and we opened Summer Track with a Bang. Thank you for all the participating Teams and Unattached Athletes that came through. Thank you JT for trusting us in hosting this Meet. With over 600 Athletes, we were done by 230pm!!! Now, who can do that? Thank to the Fast Feet Parnets and Volunteers at helping making this Meet run as smooth as possible... If you didn't come, you missed out big time.. Next year is already in Motion!!

When you're athlete travels to Greensboro, NC to the Speedy Sto Showcase without you, and sends you videos, you can't do nothing but be extremely proud.. competed in the 800m and 1500m and placed 1st in both events. Our Last Ga meet of the year..
We competed today at the Jackrabbit-Sapphire Invitational Track Meet.. Not only did we walk away with several PR's, a few 1st place, but our Team Captain, Graci Gonzales walks away with the 11-12 yr Girl MVP...

Our next meet will be our very own, Fast Feet Invitational, on May 16 at Chocolocco Park!
