We had some of our wrestlers go down to Purvis and compete in the USA Wrestling Mississippi State Championship on SAT (09 MAY).

These wrestlers competed exceptionally well against some very tough competition and represented the North Sip WC with class. Below are the results:

Our 1-3pm advanced/high school practice is cancelled tomorrow (Saturday, April 11). We’ll see everyone back in the wrestling room on Tuesday afternoon!

Reminder- HS/MS practice today from 1-3pm.

Today’s practice will be a hybrid of folkstyle/freestyle. We will continue to work on the two on one from the neutral position as well as introducing some under-hook offense.

We will continue to work on top position by going over more tilts that transition well from freestyle to folk style.
