*** we are back in business. Thank you Ferret Locksmiths! ****. Sadly the lock has broken on the workout center. We are working quickly to get this resolved. At this time the center will be closed until the locked is fixed. Please feel free to contact us if you need to continue your workout program and we will gladly let you into the building.

We now have a guest WiFi Network in the workout Center, for the password email [email protected] or text me at 620-218-1611 and I will respond as soon as possible. We will be out of town this weekend for a baseball tournament so please be patient with me.

Well the time has come. We hoped we would not have to do this but we are going to have to post rules for using the workout center. In order to keep our doors open and our cost for membership down we all need to do our part.

WILDCAT WORKOUT CENTER
GENERAL RULES

GYM MEMBERS ONLY are permitted. Any guests must be approved by the management and a day pass must be purchased before entry. Failure to follow any rules may result in loss of membership.

No smoking, food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed. Exception is bottled water / sports drink in an unbreakable container.

This facility is not supervised. Use of the equipment is the responsibility of the member. Video monitoring is used.

It is highly recommended that the following individuals do not use the exercise equipment.
a. Persons under the influence of alcohol, stimulants or depressants.
b. Unsupervised children under the age of 16
c. Children under the age of 14
Medical checkup and approval by personal physician before participation in any physical activity is highly recommended especially men and women over 40 and persons with any potentially limiting physical conditions (Pregnancy, back and heart problems, or diabetes)

Always practice safety & curtesy to others. Report any unsafe conditions to the management.

Machines must be wiped down after each use.

PLEASE MAKE SURE LIGHTS ARE OFF WHEN YOU LEAVE.

Users unfamiliar with the operation of the exercise machines should seek assistance. Misuse of machines may result in the cancellation of your membership.

Time is limited to 30 minutes on all equipment when someone is waiting. Please use one piece of equipment at a time (Do not set up circuits).

No standing on benches.

Report any injury, broken or damaged equipment to the management.

Strip all bars and machines of weights after use.

Rack all plated in the proper location. Return all free weights / barbells to their proper location.

Spotters are recommended for free weight lifting.

Lifting weights should be controlled on every repetition. Dropping and or rebounding weights off the floor is not acceptable.

Okay guys once again I feel we need a notice. Please no food in the workout center and if you make a mess please be considerate enough to clean up after yourself.
