• 3-day event
(Thursday & Friday evening and Saturday morning)
• Any and everyone welcome-$50 entry fee for any non-trainees.
• Hotdogs and hamburgers provided Saturday after the Elite games conclude.

Good afternoon. To all interested, this Saturday at our North location (Oxford). We will be doing “The Murph”! We want to honor and pay tribute to those that have made the ultimate sacrifice.

This is an open invitation. If you see this, you may join. We will have plenty of modified versions so don’t worry about the intensity. We will make sure we have a version that fits you!

Good morning folks.

We are very interested in running a kids physical education course over the summer.

The goal is to increase the average push-ups per kid, DB squat weight, mile time, and max plank time.

We would like to have an 8 week program meeting twice a week . Two things I’m interested in getting before launching the program.

1.) Price point : We would like to charge $200 per household. Over course this would be 2 payments of $100 over 8 weeks. We would be happy with classes of 10-20 kids, so spread the word.

2.) Time slot : We are already very busy in the mornings and the evenings. We are looking for something midday and know we can’t please everyone. We are thinking 12:00 - 12:45
