Cosens Martial Arts Oxford LLC Beginner-friendly martial arts for kids and adults focused on confidence, fitness, and personal growth. No experience required. Located in Oxford, Michigan.

Cosens Martial Arts was established in 2009 by owner Charlie Cosens, who has trained and competed worldwide, including Thailand and Brazil. Students are taught a variety of Martial Arts with real-world applicability, ranging from Muay Thai Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Western Style Boxing, Krav Maga, Karate, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu,and Judo. We offer martial-art-based, life skills programs for youth, such as focus, control and discipline. We also cater to adult students working on fitness, self defense, stress relief, or even just starting a new hobby. Students improve themselves as individuals through Cosens’ unique, ego-free, team atmosphere. We currently have locations in Bay City, Midland, Mt. Pleasant, Grand Blanc, Flushing, and Saginaw. On Saturday, September 12, we’re hosting a special Kids Karate Workshop made just for brand-new students.

For only $2, your child gets to:

Try karate in a fun, beginner-friendly setting
Play karate-themed games and activities
Meet our instructors and other kids
