Stop Rushing Your Reps

If your reps look like you’re trying to rush through your workout, are you even working at atp?

Slow things down (especially on the way down) to keep tension on the muscle where it belongs.

More control = better results and less wear and tear.

Try to use this method:
✔️2-3 seconds down
✔️Controlled on the way up
