Post 9/11 stair climb at Vaught Hemingway Stadium today.

We did this in honor of the first responders and law enforcement who gave their lives in efforts to rescue those in danger on September 11, 2001.

Thank you to all our first responders and law enforcement. We appreciate you. ✊

It’s an honor to have members such as Gerald Vaughn - AKA - “G!!!” who bring the energy when they are in class and serve the community outside the gym.

G owns a barber shop and works hard at his craft. He recently had a day of free haircuts as school was starting back. This shows his heart for the community. And he brings the energy every time he walks into the gym. You can’t help but get a few more reps or go a little heavier when G is cheering for you!

We love you G!
