Meet the Trainers of The Studio!
First Up, Trina Henne!

Trina Henne is our BarreFit badass!
Trina's BarreFit classes combine low impact, fun, rhythm based moments to help you build strength and work up a serious sweat!
Trina has taught Barre all around Owosso and we are so lucky to be her home base!

Outside of the gym Trina is Mom to two wonderful boys and is a middle school teacher at Laingsburg Public Schools as well as the middle school athletic director. Trina loves spending her summers off traveling in Northern Michigan and enjoying the sunshine.

Q: what is the best advice would you give to someone taking your class for the first time!?

A: listen to your body! We are all beautifully unique in our own way, embrace it don’t fight it!

Starting THIS Saturday morning from 9:00-9:45am, via zoom, get your workout on with me! See the schedule attached. DM me for purchasing and I will add you to my Google Sheet to track your punches as well as give you access to the zoom link. Just a reminder, punch cards are $75 for 8 punches and you get your 9th punch free. I am so excited to finally get back into moving with you all!

Update: I have the results! Looks like I’ll be zooming with some fine ass people on both Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9-9:45, Wednesday mornings from 6-6:45am, as well as 5:45 - 6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday. Stay tuned for my schedule and information on punch cards! These classes are not set in stone and will change if attendance requires me to do so.

Alright Barre FIT crew, I have a survey for you to fill out if you are interested in working out virtually with yours truly! I have punch cards available (virtual style) to purchase through Venmo when this plan rolls out very soon. However, I need your input on virtual times!!! Classes will be much the same but shortened to 45 minutes with more focus on core and toning, less high impact due to our in-home locations. So get filling out this survey stat! Deadline: Friday, November 20th!

Wellllll...it has been a while since you have seen what we have been up to! This was a rough one on the legs, but the sky and moonlight made it worth the pain!

A nice...cool...burner tonight. Changed up the workout platform to include more cardio with the tabata and it was so awesome! These ladies rocked it!
