This 6-week small group training program is perfect if you’ve been wanting more structure, accountability, and a workout that helps you feel stronger from head to toe.
You’ll meet Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30–6:30 PM for expert coaching, full-body strength and conditioning, and a fun, encouraging group environment.
Whether your goal is to build strength, improve endurance, move better, or just get back into a consistent routine, this program is a great place to start.
Program runs June 23rd–July 29th
