Couldn't think of a better way to spend a Monday afternoon in August then hanging out with some of the greats. More participants to be announced in the coming weeks as well. So excited to have former Orioles pitcher, Mariners Hall of Famer and one of the greatest pitchers in MLB history Jamie Moyer out to run a pitching camp with us in August! Jamie was one of the grittiest pitchers and the definition of a gamer. This camp will cover all parts of pitching in detail and is for intermediate and advanced pitchers. Special thanks to Jamie for recording this video at the NCAA Regionals. He is out there cheering for his son Mac and Nebraska. Special thanks to the Frederick Keys for their hospitality this morning and showing us the stadium renovations and new indoor facility. First class facilities and people out there. Had to take a photo of these two Baltimore legends before our road trip. Brian Jordan was born and raised in Baltimore and went on to play 15 seasons in the MLB and 3 seasons in the NFL. Ken Singleton played a decade for the Orioles winning a World Series in 1983 and being elected to the Orioles HOF. Between these two they have a combined 30 MLB seasons, 4 All Star Games, 3,483 hits, 430 homeruns and 1,886 RBI. Incredible careers and great guys. Fun day!

A great article on Spencer. He is one of the most consistent hitters in the MLB. He is a great player for young players to look up to. Not highly recruited out of high school, drafted in a round that no longer exists, canceled 2020 season due to COVID and injuries. Spencer always showed up and he always worked hard and stayed level headed from high school to the MLB. Never too high, never too low. Lots of grit and determination. Could not be happier for him. Keep up the great work Spencer!
