🐺 This Thursday, August 12th at Stanley Combatives the head instructor for the USA in the Mastro Defence system Sebastien Vandenberghe Will be teaching a MDS class from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

MDS was founded by Fred Mastro and has been growing over the years helping other developing skills for real self defense. This system was developed for those who are training to better prepare themselves for the threat and increase conditioning through training. I’m thankful to have been a part of this family from the beginning in the USA and honored to be a student to continue learning. Thank you to Fred Mastro, Sebastien Vandenberghe, and all the MDS family around the world. The story continues 🐺

Family isn’t always by blood, it’s the ones that accept you for who you are, the ones that understand even when you are quiet in reflection you know you are still there for each other. A family is made strong by the memories you share, by knowing that even in the darkest of moments there are those who are there because they genuinely care. And family is made strong by the hopes for the future you have as individuals and as a unit. Fred Mastro began with creating a family around the world and I’m honored to be a part of it. We call ourselves a Wolfpack not to portray unnecessary violence but to acknowledge that we are never alone... I will be there for my real brothers and sisters of MDS around the world. And with these uncertain times I miss you all, even if I am silent know I’m still here... the fiercest storms rise from the calmest seas.
