JOB DESCRIPTION - This position will include but is not limited to, providing quality care for horses at Three16 Ranch while maintaining a clean workspace. Desired teammates should have a top-notch work ethic, passion for horses, willing to learn mindset and a desire to please, knowledge of horses and the ability to notice illness/injury is also helpful. This job will likely take less than 2hrs/day. Preferred time is 6-8pm but some flexibility is available.
Duties will include but are not limited to - cleaning stalls, watering, filling hay nets, bringing horses in/turning out, cleaning water buckets, sweeping/cleaning floors, moving hay from one side of the barn to the other (on occasion), lifting 50+ lbs (hay bales, feed bags etc.), mucking run-in-sheds.
Additional duties that will give applicant an advantage are: able and willing to give riding lessons, ability to operate equipment (tractor, skid steer, w**d eater, lawn mower etc. - training can be provided).
