SilverSneakers, Renew Active and Silver & Fit all offered at The Fitness Parlor In Owensville Missouri.

Anyone who is a member of the facility is welcome to attend our SilverSneakers class for free but anyone 65 years and older most likely qualifys for a FREE gym membership

Our SilverSneakers class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. This class is perfect for beginners up to active gym goers providing a full body exercise with a welcoming class

Classes are Monday and Wednesday 8am-9am

For a limited time! We have our 5 year anniversary shirts coming soon, and we highly suggest grabbing one on pre order before they come in to ensure that you get one! We will have some in stock but it will be limited and only available for a short time. We decided to drop some shirts since July 1st of this year will be our 5th year in business, and they have the perfect vibe for summer and the 4th of July!
Can get them in mens or womens tank. And any size you would like, stop by the gym today to get your pre ordered

Top attendance for May! You guys really do put in the work! We see all of you guys putting in so many days and we couldnt be more proud!

We did want to point out for 6 months Scott has maintained a steady #1 most attendances
