2020 marks 40 years for our system. While, I Have retired from regular teaching, I am currently training a bar security staff So not only they but the patrons can stay safe as well.

I have just officially ended something that has been very special and important to me the majority of my life. Something that I have dedicated myself to for decades. The physical and mental demands were always great but I never backed away from its challenges. For over half my years in this world I have been a martial art instructor and have taught thousands and thousands of individuals in many different counties and cities. I've had the honor of making friends with many adults and also the privilege of watching young boys and girls grow up right before my eyes. Some of these people have trained 14 years and some have a seal been associated with me for over 20. Ending teaching is going to be one of the hardest things I've ever done because not only as an instructor but as a former champion and a trainer of champions martial arts in many ways has been my identity. To all the people that have trained with me over the years I think you for putting your trust in me and spending your time with me. My students have been like my family as well as my friends and I love you all! I want to wish you all good luck in whatever future endeavors you may have and I hope meaning of you will continue to stay in touch with me over the years. Again to all of those who have been with me throughout the years again I just want to say thank you!

Come and join me February 11th at 10 a.m. for Breathe Stretch and Meditate. This is a 30-minute program designed to help stretch muscles, reduce stress and to encourage overall total relaxation.

On this day we will be following Zumba so it will be the perfect cool down. So come join us at Amy's fit Island Studio for this program that is suitable for all Fitness levels. Participants must be 13 years or older and the program is open to male and female. This program is free to members and only $3 for non-members. Please feel free to share this with your friends. Saturday September 17th trial class: women's submission grappling. For women and teens (min age 13). Come join us for one hour of fun where you will learn grappling techniques and actually get a chance to practice these skills on the mat. Location is a Amy's Fit Island studio in Town Square Mall.
