We all know the amazing benefits of stretching our bodies and challenging our flexibility with some rad YOGA 🧘🏻♀️ So why should adults have all the fun?!
This 6 week series is for all my youth warriors ages 6-18yo who are interested in gathering after a long week of school and activities to slow their bodies down, rest their nervous system and improve their mobility 👏🏼
The moves and meditation will be gentle and geared to challenge all levels. These sessions are great for youth athletes who typically only condition fast twitch muscles and rarely slow down to stretch but also, anyone just needing that intentional break from: school, screens and STRESS! {they’re young but we know stress exists and we should recognize it and offer solutions for support 👊🏼}
This session is only available to {12} students. If we fill this session, we will add a second class! Mats required. Leave everything else to me 🙋🏻♀️
