Owen Wisconsin Jazzercise

Jazzercise is an aerobic exercise program that people of various fitness levels can enjoy. If you like music and like to dance then Jazzercise is for YOU!

Each Jazzercise class is 60-65 minutes in length. The class starts with a warm-up routine and then the aerobic segment follows. Jazzercise routines are various intensities and the instructor follows a specific format when putting each class set together. A lighter intensity routine is followed by a medium with intensity building to a level where you are working at your target heart rate. The routi

nes then start to bring your heart rate back down. Muscle toning and finally a cool down routine follow the aerobic segment. Routines are choreographed to top 40 music using simple dance steps. Instructors receive a new set of routines 5 times a year keeping Jazzercise classes alive and fresh with new music and moves.

This Saturday a fun Cardio Sculpt class at our Wisconsin Rapids location to celebrate 40 years of being a Jazzercise Instructor. Location Rapids School of Performing arts 1211 Parkwood Drive. Class time is 8:30 am! If you have attended Jazzercise class in Medford, Owen, Thorp, Stanley, Marshfield, and or Wisconsin Rapids and would like to stop in and check out class or just say hello it would be great to see you!
