At this time we are putting REFIT®️ and Zumba classes on hold until further notice!Due to work and family obligations! We are working to get more instructors on board for classes and coordinate schedules
For September ! We are working on a 6 week session in the future months to get us more consistent for September! Outreach and public planning are in the works!

Class every Tuesday for April at 5:30pm for $5! New location is less than 10 minutes from downtown Owego!
I was able to wear dance sock over my indoor shoes and it worked out for me! I am placing an order if anyone wants a pair! Deb wants yellow and Gail wants orange! So I be sure to order those in and few black ones!
