DAY 3 • 75 HOLY CHALLENGE • You Are Called By Name
FREE DOWNLOADABLE WORKOUT IS NOW LIVE IN OUR COMMUNITY, LINK IN BIO.
Hey Queens, we made it to Day 3.
That may not sound like much to everybody else, but let me tell you the truth: showing up again is not small. Every time you choose discipline over excuses, stewardship over neglect, and obedience over comfort, you are building something deeper than a body.
You are building character.
Today’s scripture focus is Isaiah 43, and the Lord makes it personal:
“But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.” Isaiah 43:1 NKJV
God does not just know about you.
He knows your name.
He knows the version of you that cried in silence.
He knows the version of you that kept starting over.
He knows the version of you that felt overlooked, forgotten, dismissed, or too far behind.
And He still says, “You are Mine.”
So today, when your body wants to quit, remind yourself:
I am not forgotten.
I am not abandoned.
I am called.
I am claimed.
I am carried.
This Day 3 workout is full body strength, but the real work is happening in your spirit. Every squat, every lunge, every push-up, every plank, every step on that 45-minute walk is a declaration:
I will not fear.
God is with me through the water.
God is with me through the fire.
God is doing a new thing in me.
And let’s be clear, Sis: grace is not an excuse to be inconsistent. Grace covers your heart, but discipline still trains your habits.
So get your water in.
Read your Word.
Move your body.
Eat clean.
Take the walk.
Pray.
Journal.
Rest.
Honor the standard.
You are not doing this to punish your body. You are doing this because your body belongs to God.
Today’s declaration:
“I am not forgotten. I am not abandoned. I am called, claimed, and carried. The God of the universe knows my name, and He calls me worthy.”
Drop “CALLED BY NAME” in the comments if you are showing up for Day 3.
