SUMMER UNDER THE BAR ☀️🏋️‍♀️

Students—this is your summer.

If you’ve been thinking about getting stronger, building confidence, or just having something for you this summer…this is it.

For June, July, and August: Unlimited training for $125/month
- no fixed number of months, you choose 1, 2, or 3!

🥳3 years & 600+ workouts 🥳

🏃‍♀️Cardio or weights? Cardio all the way baby!

☀️AM or PM workouts? AM due to my work schedule and some evening conflicts. I never thought I would be a morning exerciser but now it is automatic, even on my days off.

😁What fitness goal are you most proud of? I feel stronger and more confident. I lost weight so my knees hurt less than they have in years. I have improved endurance and made progress with weights.

🧠How has your mindset changed over the years? I see the value in lifting heavy (even if my heavy isn't anything earth shattering, it is more than I thought I could do). I now understand that cardio alone and calorie restriction are not going to work long-term.

👍What keeps you motivated? I feel better mentally and physically. I remember how upset I was with myself when I first started and I don’t ever want to feel that way again.

👨‍⚕️What's the biggest lesson fitness has taught you? You must be patient and consistent. Your health is worth the time and money you are investing in getting and staying fit.

💪How have your goals shifted over time? What are you working towards now? My goals have shifted from just losing weight to having good nutrition and exercise consistency for life. I want to stay strong as I age. I have witnessed what happens to people who lose muscle and mobility as they age and I don’t want that

You don't need a harder workout....
..you need a smarter one.

Most people chase sweat, soreness, and calorie burn.

but none of that matters if you can't stay consistent.

The real progress comes from:
- showing up regularily
- recovering well
- repeating the basics long enough to actually see results

If your plan leaves you exhausted, missing workouts, or starting over every Monday....it's not the right plan.

Sustainable > extreme
Boring basics > flashy workouts
Consistency > everything

Build something you can stick to - and your body will follow.

Save this as your reminder for when you feel like you're "not doing enough."
