Good afternoon:

Thank you to all our family and friends that contributed to an amazing event yesterday. Thanks to the concerned parents that continued to trust us despite hesitations.

We understand that making this event similar to a real competition put students in a different place mentally.

The FEAR of being criticize, FEAR of getting hit hard, FEAR of losing (although we say it's not a competition), FEAR of letting down oneself or others (including us Coaches), the FEAR of not being ready, are all very real F E A R S. Some students (kids and adults) struggle with "How Hard Do I Hit?" "I don't want to show off, but I also don't want to hold my strength, my skills back either."

Tis is Life! We all have to navigate all these challenges every day, in all the different areas of our lives, no matter the differences in our ages.

We use the Art of Boxing to break, build, and mold making our boxers RESILENT individuals in and out the ring.
