If you have trouble doing squat without your heels coming up off of the floor---try this simple trick to gain more range of motion so you can SHRED those glutes and hamstrings:

Using a plate weight, hex dumbbell, half round, or any other slight riser, place yourself in a squat-width stance, with your heels elevated a small degree.

Getting the heels up and toes down creates a shorter distance between the hips and heels--and therefore allows for a better, deeper squat.

This tool, when used with a good flexibility/mobility routine, can greatly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the squat. (Like all tools, though, it can be over-used to mask an underlying issue)!

Cross-training is very important, and the skills learned in racquetball (hand/eye coordination, dynamic movement, etc.) translate directly into some of the strength moves we do in the WWF HQ.

Before getting the new internet, my service was running super slowly--so, I asked Warrior George from Freeman Solutions, LLC for a little help.

He suggested "power cycling" to get everything reset and running again.

Let's see if that worked...

Want a great, low-impact, total body exercise that's easy to do, and requires only an exercise band?

The Band (Lateral) Walkout is exactly that.

Just find a spot to anchor a band (or have your training partner hold it--if you trust them), and walk out 1 or 2 steps against the resistance of the band.

Repeat 5-10 times and then go to the other side. 1-2 sets will usually do the trick.

Caution: If you have lower back pain, or inner (medial) knee pain, it's best to consider modifications.
