Please help me give my ❤️🔥a warm heart felt hand
tonight!!! If you have been following our “Lisa Chronicles” you know how hard Lisa has worked for this transformation! Take the time and read what she says here.. So relatable to so many!!

“The last few years have been quite a struggle, until today. Here is my “Lisa Chronicle” list of my thoughts.
1. Mental health is no freaking joke. It’s real. It’s ok. Listen to friends, they are right and they love you!
2. Menopause SUCKS. Friends ROCK! It’s real. It’s OK. Get Soma cooling PJs and listen to sleep stories! Game changer!
3. Celebrate all of my life successes, big and small and OWN them! Surround yourself with friends that remind you of these things and make your soul and heart smile!
4. Indulge in your god given talents without guilt.
5. Body image issues also no freaking joke. WTF!!!
6. Anchor into a WHY.(You all know that for me it’s for our family Italy trip!)
7. Learn, understand and listen to your body! Your body gives you hints. Love your body. You only get 1. Do what works for uniquely you!!!
8. Learn balance. Embrace progress over perfection. For me. 80-20 is my jam! exercise: consistency, commitment and accountability (like your personal trainer husband
9. 80-20 food: workout on empty stomach in AM. Drink water. 2 Isagenix meal replacements, fruit and veggies as snacks whenever I felt like it. One larger meal a day typically protein, veggies and limited balance of carbs for brain. Limit dairy (except real full fat cheese. I can’t live without cheese!!!)
10. 80-20 Sweets. I love chocolate. I’d fail without this balance. Sometimes a girl just needs her ice cream. “No” to packaged s**t, “yes” with no guilt for home made Antoinette’s tiramisu. Life is too flipping short!”
