This Memorial Day, Tough As Nails is tackling the Hero WOD “Bunny” to honor U.S. Army Delta Force Sergeant Major Christopher Adam Nelms. SGM Nelms gave everything for his country, passing away on July 1, 2018, from injuries sustained during service. The numbers in this workout represent his life and sacrifice.
Hero WODs aren’t about the scoreboard. They are about perspective. When you want to quit, remember why we are moving.
All of the proceeds raised from t shirt sales will be donated to The Unit Fund, an organization that honors the service of Fallen Special Operations Soldiers by awarding educational memorial scholarships to the families of America’s most elite Fighting Force. The Unit Fund was instrumental in helping Christopher Nelms’ children after his passing. Comment or DM for a t shirt.
