Great tool we all need to master! No I don't always get to work on horses in a barn with cross ties. Sometimes I have to work on them in their pasture without shelter. Sometimes all you have is a halter and lead and that's ok!

There are many ingredients to safely tying a horse. Here is a quick release knot we use, and how we tie it.
