Decided to work with some unorthodox pulling today.

4 rounds of:
5+5 x Regular Grip Pullup + Scap Pull up
10 x Lateral Skater Jumps

3 rounds of:
3 +5 x Neutral Grip Pull + Scap pull
10 x Lateral Skater Jumps

3 rounds of:
5 x Tarzan Row
10 x Skater Jumps

Rested 60-75 seconds after each set

Decided to get some cardio in today.
Warmed up for about 10 minutes then performed the following.

**Gloves Off**
πŸ’¦3 minutes: Shadow Boxing
🌬1 minute rest
🀑3 minutes: Head Movement/Blocking
🌬1 minute rest

**Gloves On**
βœ”3 minutes:
1-2-Slip, 2-3-Slip, 5-2-Slip-Pivot-Double Jab
🌬1 minute rest
βœ”3 minutes: Jab to the Body-3-Slip-Pivot-Double Jab
🌬1 minute rest
3 minutes:
Low Block(R)-6-3-2
High Block(L)-1-2-3
Low Block(L)-5-2-1
High Block(R)-2-3-6
🌬5 minutes rest

Then: 5 x 100m Uphill Sprints using the bridge on Cross Seminole Trail. I rested 90 seconds after each sprint.
