Great Defensive line session tonight. We worked stances, and starts, introduced pass rush hand fighting, and worked a little read, react and pursuit.

Tomorrow is an Offensive Line Focus.

Tonight's session is cancelled due to poor field conditions from the rain. I don't want to risk someone hurting a knee on a soaked field.

Next week I plan on holding two sessions. A defensive line dedicated session on Thursday night and an Offensive line geared session on Friday night.

The Weather forecast is looking rough, but we're still planning on training this evening 6 pm to 7 pm..

If I have to postpone I will send out a notice no later than 5:15. We will most likely have two sessions next week most likely a Tuesday and Thursday.
