💚 Sip into St. Patty’s with an Emerald Sunrise! 🍊🍀
Forget the green beer — this bright, citrusy drink is our kind of St. Patrick’s Day celebration! The Emerald Sunrise layers tequila, orange juice, and Blue Curaçao for a stunning festive hue that tastes as good as it looks. Whether you layer it tall or mix it up for a crowd, it’s a cheerful twist that makes your party magically delicious.🍹
Ingredients (per drink):
1½ oz tequila
1½ oz blue Curaçao
5 oz orange juice from a Citrus America juicer
Garnishes: mandarin orange slice or orange twist, and shamrocks (optional)
Instructions:
Layered Version (for a visual ahhh):
• Pour the orange juice and tequila into a tall glass and stir gently.
• Place a large straw (like a smoothie or bubble tea straw) into the glass.
• Slowly pour the blue Curaçao down the straw so it settles at the bottom (gravity does the layering work!).
Mixed Version (easy for parties):
• Combine the orange juice, tequila, and blue Curaçao in a pitcher.
• Serve chilled over ice for a bright green, festive drink perfect for crowds.
