-We practice poses that keep our bodies functional and our help us live independent lives. Instead of practicing the poses that look cool in pictures on social media.
-Focus on quality of attention, functional form to fit each student's body, finding moment to moment awareness.
-Build the skill of listening to what truly matters in your body and your life.
