It's been a while since we posted and I miss putting good vibes out to the world of Facebook. This is a bit long winded, but so worth reading!
Joe here (seen strapped to our beloved instructor Stephen) reached out to purchase his pics from his jump way back in 2019! Poor guy had to choose college text books over awesome photos of his first skydive... We do our best to save all of your media for as long as possible, and we luckily hadn't been forced to delete these amazing pics yet!
Once I saw who his instructor was, I immediately knew I'd just send the payment directly to Stephen as a gift for taking such good care of our students in 2019. Unfortunately, Stephen was severally injured on his last jump of 2019 and hasn't been able to jump since. Joe' request provided a special opportunity to take a trip down memory lane and see Stephen doing what he loved so much once again and share this overwhelmingly happy moment with all of our students from years past.
Joe was so amazingly generous to double the price I quoted for the pics since it was all going 100% to Stephen. I can't thank him enough for this; it really, truly melted my heart and reminded me why we love our students so much (cause they're such awesome people!). There's nothing like meeting new, interesting people and then taking them on the best ride this world has to offer.
If you jumped with us here at Skydive Finger Lakes from 2018 to 2021 and weren't able to purchase your media at the time, WE STILL HAVE IT!! If you jumped with Stephen in 2019 and buy your media all proceeds go directly to his video game addiction and most likely a toy or two for his beautiful 3 y/o son! Also, all instructors who so skillfully captured evidence of your awesomeness will be generously compensated if you purchase your media, think of it as an xmas present for yourself and the dude that saved your life that one time!
