🚨Calling all girls flag football players ages 10 and up! We have worked with the Foot Doctor, Joe Pro, to bring you a training clinic that will help your athlete develop strength, speed, and agility. Perhaps most importantly, it will train your athlete methods and skills to prevent injuries this sport subjects players to. Every Friday 9/4-11/20. What a season. What a journey. What a team. ❤️💙

This group of girls accomplished things that had never been done before, and every single one of them should be incredibly proud.

🏆 Minnesota NFL FLAG Regional Champions
🏈 Competed in a high school league all season and lost only 2 games
⭐ Became the first 12U team to represent Nebraska at NFL FLAG Nationals
🔥 Made history as the firs Nebraska flag football team, boys or girls, to win a game at NFL FLAG Nationals!

The wins and milestones are incredible, but they don’t tell the whole story.

This team played every snap with heart, grit, passion, and resilience. They faced bigger, faster, and more experienced competition without ever backing down. They fought for each other, believed in one another, and never quit no matter the score.

The growth we witnessed this season was something special. These girls became better athletes, better teammates, and stronger young women. Watching their confidence grow and seeing them prove what they’re capable of has been an honor.

To our players, thank you for trusting the process, putting in the work, and representing Girls United with pride. Coach Troy, Coach Dale and Coach Mandy are so proud of you. We loved every minute coaching you and watching you compete. Thank you for everything you have done and are doing for the sport!

To our families, supporters, and everyone who believed in these girls, thank you for being with us every step of the way.

This chapter may be over, but this is only the beginning.

We’ll celebrate what we’ve accomplished, learn from every experience, and then…

We’ll get back to work. ❤️💙🏈
