Open and Group Sessions:
— M-F: 4am-5am, 7am-8am, 9:30am-6pm, 7pm-9pm
— Sat: 4am-6am, 11am-2pm
For those accepting the challenge:
— HYROX Training for novice, athlete, and elite levels.
— Ages 6+ and adaptive athletes welcome!
— Strength, Strength Endurance, Power, Power Endurance, Lactic Threshold, Accumulation & Hypertrophy.
— Programming for results at YOUR current athletic ability.
— Specified training for each station in a HYROX event.
— Nutritional guidance and meal planning options for day to day, events, and competition.
— Recovery, flexibility, mobility, and agility guidance.
— Event specific preperation.
— Optional event Coach travel and support.
