Fitform Pilates Redefining fitness one workout at a time. We are a locally-owned and equipment-based fitness studio We build stability, mobility, longevity and strength.

Equipped with STOTT PILATES V2Max Plus Professional Reformers, Fit Form Pilates Reformer Classes are designed with exercises to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. We emphasize the importance of movement diversity for optimal function and injury resistance.
