One of the best perks of being a Lagree Pulse45 member is sharing your favorite workout with friends and family. ❤️

To help keep things fair and ensure the best experience for everyone, here are a few important guest pass reminders:

✔️ Guest passes are for new guests only (one-time use)

✔️ Guests must be local to the Kansas City area

✔️ Out-of-town visitors are welcome at our $20 visitor drop-in rate

✔️ If a guest late cancels or no-shows, the applicable fee will be charged to the member’s account and the guest will not be eligible for another guest pass

✔️ Grip socks are required for all guests

✔️ Please have guests arrive 10 minutes early for a studio tour, machine setup, and safety instruction

✔️ For safety reasons, first-time guests who arrive late will not be admitted to class

We have limited spots in every class, and these policies help us provide the best experience for our members, guests, instructors, and waitlisted clients.

At Lagree Pulse45 we always talk about community—because that’s truly what makes this place special. 🔴

We also want to take a moment to celebrate anniversaries this month with some of our team. They are the heartbeat of our studio They pour into this space with passion and purpose, we’re celebrating two incredible instructors who have helped shape this community through their energy, leadership, and commitment to every client who walks through our doors.

✨ Nicole D has been leading classes and inspiring clients since 2022.
For years, she’s brought strength, encouragement, consistency, and passion into every room she teaches in. Her impact goes far beyond the workout—and our community is stronger because of her.

✨ Nicole P is celebrating 1 YEAR of teaching with us! In just one year, she has already made such a positive impact through her energy, support, and ability to make clients feel welcomed, challenged, and empowered.
