Absolutely wonderful morning meeting with the associates of Co-Mo Electric Cooperative. Advanced Fitness Consulting is working diligently to get rural electric coops to take preventive measures to keep their associates structurally and mentally sharp. I can’t wait to follow-up and measure our goal process.

I spoke to a wonderful group of Human Resource managers from the Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives. I love speaking to an engaging group, and spreading the message of health to new people.
