Special program starts Sunday. If you have done a program in the past and felt great, it’s time to jump in again…I am…and no, I’m not ready, but it’s time and I won’t regret it. Jos will adjust for all levels of fitness…and trust me when I say that we won’t be running sprints or stairs like the old days:).
