8 Week Challenge -Week 5

At BFT, we talk a lot about training:
Strength.
Cardio.
Performance.
Consistency.

But one essential piece often gets overlooked:
👉 Recovery

Training challenges your body.

Recovery is what helps it adapt, repair, and come back stronger.

If you’re constantly sore, fatigued, run down, or struggling to make progress, the solution may not be more workouts.

It could be better recovery.

Recovery can be as simple as:
☀️ Getting morning sunlight
🚶 Taking a walk
💧 Staying hydrated
🧘 Mobility and stretching
😴 Prioritizing sleep

Or it may include additional tools like:
🔥 Sauna
❄️ Contrast therapy
💆 Massage
🔴 Red light therapy
⚡ Vibrations

You don’t need to do everything.
