If you have a preschooler, this is your sign to put them in martial arts classes! 👏

Our Tiger Cubs program is designed specifically for 4 and 5 year olds. At this age, kids are learning how to move their bodies with control while also learning how to listen and follow directions.

In class, they work on symmetrical movements, basic kicking drills, and beginner striking drills that help build coordination, balance, and confidence in a fun, structured environment.

Just as important as the physical skills, Tiger Cubs learn how to line up, take turns, listen to instructors, and follow directions. These early habits support growth in school, at home, and in everyday life.
It may look like fun, but there is a lot of learning happening along the way.
