before and after her 16-20 week cut. Very proud of this woman and her work ethic towards the things she likes doing. When she has a goal in mind there isn’t much you can do to stop her.
173lbs->155lbs final weight
-roughly 10% total body weight
Also down from 25% bf to roughly 16%
I took over Oksana’a programming and nutrition in February. Her main goal was cutting down to see what she had built up through powerlifting the last 4 years. As well as a huge emphasis on improving gut health.
We pushed up all the way to 3100 calories a day for a few weeks to make sure she was in a decent spot to start this cut. Training was 4 days a week and cardio was max 40min 5 days a week, calories got to 1800 a day at the lowest. Cut was 16-20 weeks long.
Gut health has improved tremendously, she now can tolerate dairy and whey protein which was a HUGE goal of hers.
Now we reverse and start building up weak points for a big cut and some events in the next year or 2👀
Obviously as coaches we want to say we don’t pick favorites, however she’s my favorite and it’s not really close. Seeing the determination and discipline from her day in and day out runs off on me. It’s super motivating. I’m extremely excited to see everything unfold, as coach and client as well as my personal life with her.😁
