On Memorial Day there are a lot of emotions that are natural to feel….

Empathy; for the young men who have died, fighting in wars, on behalf of their country and their families who will never see them again.

Pride; for these men, who stand between our way of life and the evil that lives in this world.

Rage; for the companies that profit from death and the politicians, who so easily can put our boys in harms way, while they remain safe at all times.

Love; for our country and all of the amazing things, that we often take for granted, on a daily basis.

Sadness; for those few, who carry the weight of an entire nation, on their backs and deliver everytime no matter the cost.

No matter what emotions you may feel on this Memorial Day, it’s ok. Crack open a beer and take a moment to remember the men who gave it all, whether it was a field in France, a beach at Normandy, an island in the pacific, a rice paddy in Vietnam, a cave in Afghanistan or a village in Iraq.

My family and I will spend the weekend beaming with pride, knowing that men like this lived and when they faced evil, they did not back up one step. They drew a line in the sand and they fought and they won and many of them lost their lives and there is nothing else you can ask of a man.

We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about cards to join our team!

What you’ll do:
• Manage and track inventory (sports cards, Pokémon, and more)
• Organize and maintain product displays
• Handle shipping of product
• Help keep the shop running smoothly behind the scenes

What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable with computers and inventory systems
• Knowledge of trading cards is a HUGE plus
