Chief Wapello Trail Opened May 1, 1971, the Chief Wapello Trail is a Boy Scout trail, leading from the trailhead tipi in Ottumwa Park to the grave of Wapello in Agency, IA.

Sad news has arrived; our own Frank Rivey has passed away. Frank has been a leader, mentor and true friend over the years. His presence will be sorely missed at our campfire. Farewell Frank, go easy old friend.
