Want to help make a difference in our community? Check out this opportunity with the Ottertail Rod and Gun Club this Saturday (6/13) starting at 9 am!

They are responsible for planting the beautiful wildflowers and prairie grasses along the bike path that we all get to enjoy year after year, and they need some help getting it cleaned up a bit so we can continue to enjoy its beauty!

Meet at the My King of Bank parking lot at 9 am to assist club members in preserving these beautiful flowers so we can continue to enjoy them 😍

Have you tried our Chair Yoga class with Mitzi on Fridays at 10 am yet?! If not, YOU SHOULD! 😍

Chair yoga is an accessible, low-impact form of yoga that uses a chair for support, allowing people of all ages and abilities to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation through gentle movement and mindful breathing.

📣 Friendly Reminder!

We ask that ALL members please scan in before every workout — even when the door is open during office hours! We know that our "Minnesota Nice" can come out, and we want to keep the doors open for others; however, this may unknowingly let someone into the Wellness Center who does not have a membership.

Recently, we had some vandalism at the gym, and while it's been addressed, it's a good reminder of why keeping our space secure matters so much to us. It is our mission to ensure that this space stays safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors!

Requiring a scan-in every visit helps us protect our members, our staff, and our building — and it ensures that OCWC remains the safe, positive community space you deserve.

Thank you for helping us keep this place something we're all proud of. We love this community! 💙
