Bad Dog Fit Club is a group of friends who challenge and motivate one another to be the best, most fit version of themselves that they can possibly be. It doesn't matter if your into functional fitness, power lifting, Olympic weight lifting, OCR races, triathlons, marathons, or training for a sport...if you are a Lion at heart, then you found the right place. If you want to be a fitter, stronger,

healthier version of you...then definitely found the right place. Everyone is welcome, so message us or call if you want to find out what the science of fitness is really about.

Reason #1 why small communities rock!!

Vanessa Hilvers put together 20 Care Boxes along with Blankets as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award Service Project!! These boxes are ready to be distributed to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.

“I would love to donate these care boxes to PCAP and help get them into the hands of patients who could benefit from them.”

🧨🏋🏻‍♂️ BOOM-Shakalaka! There is nothing more exciting than a bunch of alpha males that are chasing goals!!
Track meet got cancelled due to major flooding, and what do I wake up to? A message from these boys saying “hey coach! Meets cancelled, are we lifting?” 🔥👌 The answer: “Yes boys. Yes we are.” I couldn’t be more proud of these boys, and so should their parents and varsity coaches. They choose the harder path because they have goals of getting our football team back to state. They don’t hesitate. They dont flinch. They just show up and crush training. THEY HUNGRY!
And the results??? Once again… PR’s were FLYING fast and furious! Gage joined the 2-wheels club with a 225 # clean. Nolan smoked a BEAUTIFUL 210 # clean for another PR. Connor stayed consistent at 255 #, and my man Tuka and me worked a complex today. He is getting back to serious action after an ACL surgery so we are taking the opportunity to fix a few bad habits he developed over the years, specifically an aggressive early arm bend. We worked a complex of a pause at the knee then a finish to a power clean. Great day of forward progress. 👌Much improved.
Finished the day with French Contrast method squats sets of 3 compounded with cycled split squat jumps for the plyo portion. This method makes for crazy fast sprinters. 💯🚀
Absolutely brilliant day in the training hall boys! You all have a very proud coach!
