Last night was a beautiful OGRC Thursday. 50 people there to share in the day! Thanks to Cari Croy of Croy's Mowing giving us words of encouragement to keep tuned up and sharpened for all our running and walking. Thanks Croy's Mowing!!

The weather is looking beautiful for this evening, come out and walk or run with us. We have 1, 2.1 and 3.1 mile routes available, let’s get moving!

Another week, another opportunity for you to come and visit our run club. We'd love to meet you. It's about getting out there and moving and being in a positive social atmosphere. Approximately 45 runners/walkers braved the heat and humidity to get some miles in tonight.

It was a busy night tonight at Run Club, we had over 60 runners/walkers.
We had 2 representatives from our June Charity of the month, Crime Victim Services who shared with us about the services they provide.
We also had Josh from Society Nutrition who ran with us then ran back to his shop to provide free protein shakes for any runners/walkers who wanted one, thanks again Josh!
Thanks to Phantasm and Meyer Movement for providing our door prizes. # #
