We had the privilege of skating with the Girl Scout Troop #414 over the weekend and we had an absolute blast! Thank you for your willingness to learn something new, whether it was trying roller skating for the first time or learning about the sport of roller derby. You definitely earned those skate badges! 🛼🍪

The STATS are in from Saturday's Game! Orange Team WON 71 to 63 and it was a zero penalty game! 🎃

Top scoring jammers on Orange Team were Ice Hurt with 6 total jams and 17 total points, M'Alice with 4 jams and 10 points, and JenDetta with 2 jams and 8 points.

Top scoring jammers for Black Team were Killer Bees with 6 jams and 18 points, and Eek the Freak and Lemon tied for 2nd with 4 jams and 11 points each.

In addition to the Illinois Valley Vixens, the skaters present skate or have most recently skated with the Aurora 88s, the Barbed Wire Betties, the Chicago Bruise Brothers, the Prairieland Punishers, the Rockford Rage, and the Windy City Rollers! We had a blast and can't wait to skate with you again!

Orange Team WINS!!! Congratulations to M'Alice and Eek the Freak as our MVPs this evening! Huge thank you to all our volunteers, skaters, officials, family, friends, and fans who came to watch our first derby match in 20 months.
