Unfortunately we will be closed tonight, Monday, August 31. Ms. Angie needs another day for recovery, and schedules just aren't aligning for Harris Sensei to be there in time for class. We will be back on Tuesday! So sorry!

SO EXCITED! We are planning some special self defense trainings coming up with the first one this coming WEDNESDAY! This will be for all of our classes (including kiddos). During regular class time, we will be focusing on "Tables and Chairs" . Imagine a crowded restaurant, sitting and having dinner when suddenly, things go wrong. How can you use what you know and the tools around you when things get messy? Come learn tips and tricks for utilizing tables and chairs to your advantage!
Interested, but not yet a student? That's ok! Come on in anyway! Kids class beginning at 5pm, and adults at 6:30.
