🥳 When 35 naked skydivers invade Skydive Chicago, of course it's gonna make the magazine!! 😂🪂

And here, we'll share it with you! 🫵🏻

Ehrin wrote an article for the October 2026 edition of Parachutist Magazine, sharing the fun, excitement, and memories from four unforgettable days in Chicago.

The event? Attempts for a new SANS (Society for The Advancement of Naked Skydiving) world and state record.

Some of the best wingsuit flights are the ones that bring you back to where it all began! 🦅🔥

Mike had the chance to fly alongside his wingsuit mentor, Avalon Wolf, the very person who took Mike on his first wingsuit flight!

From those first flights through years of continued coaching, guidance, and shared experiences, it's been an incredible journey. Having the opportunity to continue learning from someone who helped shape his progression in the sport is truly an honor.

There's always more to learn, and getting to share the sky with the people who helped get you where you are today makes it that much more rewarding!

An awesome weekend of flying, learning, and having a blast at Skydive Grand Haven! 🤘🪂

COLD, WINDY, AND QUESTIONABLE… BUT BRIDGE DAY DELIVERED! 🪂🔥

It was an unusual year at New River Gorge in West Virginia. The air temperatures were low, winds were high, and many Bridge Day BASE jumpers were a bit more cautious when choosing to take the leap from the 876 foot span.

And to make it even more challenging, the river levels were quite high from the recent hurricane activity down south resulting in a smaller landing area compared to recent years.

It was a slow start to the morning, with many participants gauging the wind speeds and landing patterns. As the day progressed, however, and the air temperatures started to rise, the pace of jumps increased.

Mike achieved a few first time experiences this year: a backflip off the scissor lift platform (gainer) and a propulsion from the catapult!!

AND... To finish out the day, Mike hit the target in the landing area on his last jump. 🎯🤘🏼

For a day that was looking questionable, it sure did turn out to be great.

Things are starting to come together at Bridge Day 2026! 🌉🪂

Thursday we helped check in some of the early arrivals, and excitement is next-level!

Today, check-in continues as more familiar faces and old friends roll in.

It's been great reconnecting with friends from across the BASE community, sharing stories, and feeling the energy build as we get closer to one of the most anticipated days of the year!

Tomorrow, it's JUMP TIME! 🤘🪂

We're heading to West Virginia for one of the wildest events of the year! 🤘

Mix a giant bridge, a bunch of BASE jumpers, and questionable ideas... Sounds like a weekend to create lasting memories! 🪂🔥

Some people look at a bridge and think, "That's a nice view."

BASE jumpers? They see a whole different kind of opportunity. 😂

Big views, big jumps, and big energy.

🚁 GET TO DA CHOPPA! 🪂

No need to ask twice. 😂

This weekend, we traded the airplane for a helicopter and took our skydives to 6,000 feet.

There’s just something different about squeezing into a chopper, taking off vertical, and hearing those blades whirring above your head. 🪂🔥

🪂 THIS WEEKEND, WE DID SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT…

We took Mike out of his wingsuit. 😂

Yep. No wingsuit. No extra fabric. Just three people, three parachutes, and a good old-fashioned 3-way belly jump. 🪂

We met up with a good friend, went back to the basics, and quickly remembered that just because something is “basic” doesn’t mean it’s going to go according to plan. 😂

The formation wasn’t exactly what we had pictured, but we had a blast.

Sometimes the best jumps are the ones where everything goes a little sideways and you end up laughing about it.

And while we were busy free-falling, the kids were having their own adventure. They got the chance to meet up with old friends and enjoy a beautiful weekend right along with us.

🪂🏈 BEFORE THE FIRST WHISTLE, THE SKY PUT ON A SHOW.

Saturday brought another incredible skydiving demonstration to Adrian College as part of Homecoming; a tradition that has been bringing the excitement of the sky to game day for many years.

There’s something pretty special about watching skydivers drop into the stadium just before the football game begins. The crowd gets loud, the energy goes up, and suddenly everyone is looking to the sky. 🪂

We’re incredibly grateful to be part of a tradition that continues to bring together skydiving, football, and the Adrian College community.

A huge THANK YOU to the Misty Blues for putting on an incredible show and inviting us back to jump with them, pilot Mark McManamay for getting everyone where they needed to be, and Adrian College for continuing to welcome this tradition back year after year.

And to everyone behind the scenes and in the stands who continue to support this event, thank you for helping keep the tradition alive. ❤️

Here’s to another Homecoming in the books! 🪂🏈
