She far from weak👏🏾💪🏾. been on quite the journey with Kara here and all I can say is that I'm blessed to be apart of it 🙏🏾 to say she's 5 lbs away(got 295 on last lift) from 300 with this lift is a testament to her consistency, patience, and hard work.

This is gonna be a year I see. brick by brick, I'm gonna unlock my body's full potential. working to not need a wall before I balance but not bad for a first try and someone that once weighed 355 lb. Never did any type of stand(hand or head) in my life. eventually want to build up to handstand.
