Beginners classes are available for ages 5 and up!! Train in a family friendly environment. We teach self defense, confidence and discipline. Tuesday’s 6-7:15 pm. Affordable prices!!🥋

New Class schedule starts next week! Tuesday, beginners 6-7:15. And Thursday, intermediate/advanced 6-7:15!! All are welcome to both classes, but they will be designed accordingly. We highly recommend that the intermediate and advanced try and get to some of the beginners classes.
