Our Small Group Training sessions are evolving into AF Strong!
For those who have been lifting with us for years, AF Strong brings greater clarity and purpose to your training. You'll have a better understanding of:

✅ What comes next in your fitness journey

In the near future, our Group Training sessions will transition away from the familiar BASE, BUILD, and BURN names.
But don't worry—the names may change, but the workouts you love are here to stay! 🙌
